I am a Behaviour Change Coach specializing in health and resilience. I help people build the skills to create sustainable change.
We often already know what we "should" do: eat better, move more, make more time for sleep, manage stress more effectively, and so on. So why is it still so hard to make a change?
Coaching helps bridge the gap between knowing and doing, by building the skills that make change possible in the context of your real life. We'll also look for opportunities to make the process engaging, enjoyable, and suited to your unique strengths and interests. Because while making change takes effort, it doesn't have to feel miserable.
Coaching is a partnership, and finding the right coach matters. While I work with people of many different backgrounds and life stages, my approach isn't the best fit for everyone.
You may be a good fit if...
You're ready for things to be different
You're willing to experiment and co-create your plan, rather than settle for a cookie-cutter formula
You want to build skills that you can use to tackle any goal
You want strategies that work for your real life
You value honest, collaborative conversations
You may have tried making change before, but struggled to stay consistent
This may not be the right fit if...
You want someone to tell you exactly what to do
You're looking for a rigid meal or workout plan
You want a quick fix
You prefer surface-level strategies over deeper, structural work
You expect your coach to create change for you
Behaviour change coaching is the foundation of all my work with you. Depending on your goals, preferences, and the areas of health that matter most to you, coaching may also cover:
What makes your coaching different from hiring a nutritionist or personal trainer?
A nutritionist tells you what to eat. A trainer tells you how to exercise. I help you figure out why you're not doing the things you want to do — and we build the skills to actually follow through, consistently, in the context of your real life.
My core specialization is in change psychology, which means I focus on the HOW of change: the habits, mindset, emotions, and environments that drive your daily choices. Think of it this way: you probably already know a lot about what you "should"be doing. The gap isn't necessarily knowledge — though I do also provide that, where needed — it's the skills to take action, day after day, even when things get messy.
What might my program include?
In addition to my Master Coach certification, I also hold certified specializations in nutrition, breathing, mobility, resilience, and menopause coaching — so depending on your goals, I can draw from a diverse toolkit to give you practical programs and strategies. Within the context of your overall coaching strategy, we might address relevant-to-you elements like:
A breath training program to regulate your nervous system, optimize energy and performance, support better sleep, or repattern dysfunctional breathing
A mobility and self-myofascial release routine to reduce stiffness, ease discomfort, and build body awareness
A stress management plan, which could include targeted relaxation and recovery exercises using breathwork, non-sleep deep rest (NSDR), or other conscious recovery practices
Sleep strategies to make better sleep more likely
Nutrition-focused skill-building practices tailored to your preferences, lifestyle, and goals — no rigid plans, no deprivation
Menopause-specific support strategies across nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and emotional regulation
Do I need to have specific goals before I start?
Not at all. Part of the coaching process is helping you get clear on what you actually want. We go deeper than surface-level goals and connect your goals to your values and identity — the things that matter most to you and the kind of person you want to be. So whether you have a crystal-clear goal or just a vague sense that you're ready for something different, that's a perfectly fine place to start. We'll figure out the direction together.
How often do we meet, and what does a typical session look like?
We typically meet via video call weekly. Every session follows a structured but conversational format:
1. We review what's been happening. We look at your current practice — what went well, what was challenging, and what patterns are emerging. There's no judgement here. Whatever happened is just data that helps us make better decisions going forward.
2. We celebrate progress. Even small wins matter. Noticing where things are working reinforces the behaviours you want to keep building.
2. We explore what's getting in the way. If something was hard, we dig into why — not to assign blame, but to understand and problem-solve together.
4. We decide on a clear next step. You'll leave every session with one manageable action you feel confident about, including how you’ll fit it into the demands of your life.
Sessions are warm, collaborative, and focused. You'll feel heard, and you'll feel clear on what to do next.
What if I've tried everything and nothing has worked?
If this is you, I want you to know: it's not a "you" problem. It's an approach problem. Programs often focus on giving you information and expecting compliance. They assume that if you just know what to do and try hard enough, you'll succeed. But that ignores all the real-world factors that derail people — stress, emotional eating, busy schedules, all-or-nothing thinking, unsupportive environments, and the very normal human tendency to resist change.
What we do is different. We start wherever you are — no matter how many times you've started over. We identify your strengths (you have more than you think) and your limiting factors (the real things holding you back, not what you assume they are). And then we build from there, one small step at a time.
Will you give me a meal plan?
I don't provide meal plans, and research consistently shows that compliance-based approaches — where someone hands you a plan and says "follow this" — don’t create lasting change for most people.
However, I will help you build your own meal plan. My coaching is a skills‑based process: you learn the specific nutrition skills that drive your goals, and apply them in a way that fits your real life. These skills are modular, so you can mix, match, and tailor them to create a plan you can actually follow.
You’ll get structure, guidance, and clear practices — but the goal is for you to design and adjust your own plan confidently.
Note: I don’t provide therapeutic nutrition coaching for medical conditions, promote fad diets, or prescribe rigid meal plans. I coach for sustainable, whole-person health.
How long does coaching typically last?
There's no fixed timeline — it depends on your goals, your starting point, the depth of change you're looking for, and your effort and consistency.
Having said that: according to behaviour‑change research, most people need about six months of steady practice before a new habit reaches the “maintenance” stage — the point where it feels more automatic and requires less effort to keep going. For coaching, this means a six‑month commitment often gives you the right amount of time to build momentum, move through the normal early slips, and reach the stage where your routines feel more stable and reliable.
What happens between coaching sessions?
Between sessions, your job is simple: practice your current action step in real life. That's where the actual change happens — in your daily choices.
Depending on our arrangement, between sessions you may also have message-based check-ins, worksheets or reflection exercises, breathing or mobility etc programs to follow, and other resources tailored to your current focus area. The goal is for you to feel supported and accountable without being micromanaged. With me a guide, you’re building your own ability to navigate life.
Can we work together virtually?
Absolutely. I work primarily online via video call. Virtual coaching gives you flexibility without travel time, and it means we can work together regardless of where you're located. All you need is a quiet space and a reliable internet connection.
How do I get started?
The first step is simple: book a free discovery call.
This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation — usually about 20 minutes — where we get to know each other a little, talk about what's going on for you, and answer any questions you have, to determine if my coaching approach is a good fit for you.
Ready? Click on the button below to share a bit about where you are at and what you’re looking for. This helps me start to understand your situation ahead of the call. I’ll review your responses and be in touch within 24–48 hours to book your Discovery Call.
